Appointments

  • All spa appointments require a credit card for booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

  • Spa Appointments may be scheduled in person or over the phone during regular business hours.

  • Spa Appointments may be scheduled online 24 hours a day. Prior to booking your first time online, you must call the spa during regular business hours to obtain your username and password, as well as provide a Credit Card for bookings.

  • To receive your full treatment time, plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for consultation with your therapist, time to change for your treatment(s) and time to spend in our relaxation room.

  • We will hold your appointment time for up to 20 minutes past your scheduled arrival, after which time you will be charged for the full appointment.

  • We make every effort to accommodate requests for specific times and dates. However, we suggest that you book appointments for special days, occasions and therapists well in advance.

  • All spa appointments will be confirmed either by telephone or email, 48 hours in advance. Please indicate your contact preference when booking.

  • Gender Preferences: If you have a specific gender preference for a body treatment or massage, please indicate that when you are booking. We will make every effort to accommodate you.

Cancellations

  • A 24-hour notice is required to cancel all service appointments.

  • A 48-hour notice is required to cancel all spa packages.

  • Services cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

  • Spa packages cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

Returns and Exchanges

  • At Delluva Day Spa, we hope you love everything you purchase. Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept any returns on opened cosmetics, fragrances and edibles or accessories and apparel that have been worn. For all other unopened merchandise, please return within 14 days with original receipt for exchange or store credit. No cash or credit refunds.

Gift Certificates

  • Gift certificates may be purchased in person or over the telephone during business hours.

  • Gift certificates may be purchased online 24 hours a day.

  • At your request, we will mail gift certificates prepaid with a credit card directly to the recipient.

  • We accept SpaFinder Gift Certificates and Gift Cards.

Comfort Considerations

  • To ensure a relaxing experience for all of our guests, please refrain from using your mobile phone in the spa.

  • For safety reasons, all children ages 10-17 years old visiting the spa must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Children are not allowed in the treatment rooms unless accompanied by an adult. No children under the age of 10 are allowed in the spa.
  • Private lockers are available to store your belongings. However, please note that the spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles. For your security, we suggest that you leave all valuables at home.

  • The spa provides robes, slippers, towels, disposable underwear, and toiletries for your comfort and convenience.

  • Points are non-transferable and cannot be combined with another client’s points.
  • Points are only redeemable in increments of $20
  • Points are not redeemable for cash
  • Points values have gone through several changes over the past year; therefore actual points accrued through October 15, 2007 may have different values.
